24.23 mile ride to Hawes Water This is 24.23 mile cycle route, starting and finishing at Halton Station, there are six off-road sections, there possible cafe stops in Carnforth, Silverdale and Borwick, please check the Cyclist’s Cafe Guide for further information as the route was done in England third national lockdown 2021. Please note that part of path around Hawes Water is a footpath which you must get off your bike and push it along. The maps you need on this ride are Ordnance Survey Explorer Map OL41 Forest of Bowland & Ribblesdale and Ordnance Survey Explorer Map OL7 The English Lakes South-eastern area.
