Information on Photo editing software and photo plugins that are use to edit photos for this website: Affinity Photo: This is professional photo editing program, it cost around £49 but again depending on the time of the year you may get cheaper on the Affinity website, you can do a lot with this software and would recommend doing search on YouTube for Affinity Photo Tutorials. I use the software to do resizing of photos, photo editing, exporting photos as jpeg files for use on this website. One feature that I been using alot is its great at Panorama stitching but you have to spend time learning how to use program. You can open up most photo plugins from inside this software. Filter Forge: It cost around $59 for the basic edition again you pick it up cheaper on Filter Forge depending on the time of the year. I tend to use only one of 13,380 filters that this software as and that the ‘Picture fade border effects by Spice’ so don’t alway upgrade to latest edition of Filter Forge. If want use it for filters on offer its fairy easy program to use and also let you create your own filters in the professional edition. Its stand alone program or photo plugin which can be open up in Affinity Photo. I would recommend buying the basic edition and if find you are using Filter Forge a lot upgrade to the Professional Edition. Topaz Photo AI3 It costs around $199.00 It case of clicking about three buttons and usual clean up most my photos in few minutes, its work as photo plugin with Affinity photo. ON1 Photo Raw Max 2025: It cost around £96, I still learning to use this software but its work as photo plugin with Affinity photo. You can find more information about ONI Photo Raw Max 2025 at this link. Xara Designer Pro X: It cost around £299.00. It does graphic design, photo editing, desktop publishing and website design all in one program. I do use it for photo editing but mainly for website design and which using to write this web page. The above software programs are ones that use daily to edit my photos, I have work out what work best for me by trial and error over several years of use.
