Galanthus elwesii 'Beluga'
General Information: Galanthus elwesii ‘Beluga’ is a robust giant snowdrop with large, rounded, cupped white flowers and inner segments marked with a distinctive green blotch said to resemble a heart with a whale‑tail shape. Blooms in late winter to early spring, often appearing through snow. Forms clumps of broad, grey‑green foliage and grows to about 4–8 inches tall. Thrives in moist but well‑drained soil in sun or partial shade and naturalizes well in woodland or shaded garden settings.
