Clematis 'Petit Faucon'
I bought this plant in 2026 from Thorncroft Clematis and Climbers, it survive Summer heatwave of 2026 and as kept on flowering into late September its planted in tub in the front garden.

You should note you need license from  Raymond J Evison Ltd to propgate this variety. Please note 'Evisix' after variety when you do web search for plant. Any Clematis bred by Raymond Evison does have plant copyright on it!

Plant description: Clematis ‘Petit Faucon’ is a charming, compact clematis prized for its elegant, nodding flowers and long flowering season. From early Summer to Autumn , it produces masses of delicate, bell-shaped blooms in rich violet-blue shades, with gently twisted petals that create a graceful, airy display. Its flowers are particularly attractive to pollinators and bring colour and movement to the garden.

Ideal for smaller gardens, containers, patios, and cottage-style planting schemes, ‘Petit Faucon’ has a neat climbing habit, reaching around 1 metre in height. It thrives in full sun or partial shade in fertile, well-drained soil, with its roots kept cool and shaded. Easy to grow and remarkably floriferous, this hardy clematis is perfect for weaving through shrubs, training over trellises, or adding vertical interest to pots and garden borders.

Its in prunning group three.
