A 14 mile cycle ride to Cartmel and Backbarrow This is 14 mile cycle route, starting and finishing at Chapel House Wood car park, there are two off-road sections on cycle paths, with two cafe stops at Harry’s Cafe Bar at Yew Tree Barn in Low Newton and Cafe Ambio at Lakeland Motor Museum at Backbarrow.
