First thing got the medical stuff done, that was changing the stuma bag and double baging the medical waste and putting in the grey bin.
Then after breakfast got on to computer and starting scanning slides in.
Once finish scanning box of slides got on with writing and putting the day before photo gallery and blog together.
One thing, I do hate is getting a phone call from Waiting List Office, where they expect you drop every thing and go to appointment on fix date, in this case a trail with out catheter but just wish they look at my forthcoming appointments, has realise my self after phone call had finished that I would be connect to pump that would adminstrating the second part of chemotherapy, I did have a bit of panic attack and rang my brother in law for some advice, when the offical appointment letter came the next day, I did check with the ward in Kendal where going for trail that they would be okay with me being connected to pump and answer that question was yes, but what I have found on this journey, is that different departments in hospital are not very good at talking to each other!
It was another crap weather day and the Pentax K-3 iii body had been delivered so had play at using various lens on different camera bodies and best of the results you can see in the above photo gallery. What I like about Pentax camera bodies is that have the K mount system for most of their camera bodies which they not change seen they develop it which mean you can use old pentax lens dating back before digtail.
Sometime during afternoon, I got side track into some research into Laowa 100mm F2.8 CA-Dreamer Macro 2X lens and yes do have another Laowa lens that does similar job which is on Pentax K-70 body. After a bit window shopping on Laowa english website, I decide to bite the bullet and order one, usually the cheapest place to buy from is direct from Laowa and then you wait a few days to deliver but after doing web search the best place on price was UKdigital which in Clitheroe in East Lancashire which came with Hahnel Duopal extra Power Bank. After looking again on their website the price on that lens had gone by alot and they were having clearance sale on it! That one problems of being Pentax owner you in minority and not usualy cater for by third party lens makers. Has so use to Amazon Prime, I pay the exta for next day delivery.
