Well the highlight of the was the delivery of Laowa 100mm F2.8 CA-Dreamer Macro 2X lens around mid day which team up with the Pentax K-1 ii body which got to play with in the late afternoon. Some of the results with it are amazing when it can focus down to twice life size, you just have look at the photos of the leaves of the Houseleek, the young leaves of Aquilegia caerulea 'Spring Magic Navy White' and Saxifraga eudoxiana 'Haagii' to see the results! Yes there a bit skill using manuel lens on digtail camera and remembering to hit the green button on the back of the camera so that camera can take reading before pressing the button to take the photo. There some useful tips on the youtube channel  PentaxTips are worth looking at! Out of the Pentax line out for camera bodies for macro and general photography is the Pentax K-1ii if you can't afford the price look for Pentax K-70 (Which now out production) or latest version the Pentax KF which the body retail for around £849.99 on offical Pentax European website but find a better price on Amazon but I would stay away from Pentax K-3 iii body as gone back twice to be repair yes and viewing screen on the back camera does not open out like on the other two bodies. The thing that drew me to the Pentax brand that bodies are weather seal but you can't say that about Laowa lens which are not weather seal.

I thing the low point of the day was forgetting that had not got my wallet with me, midway getting a few things from the village shop and apologizing for it, then walking home to get the wallet and then using the credit card instead of the debit card to pay, using right code for debit card on the credit card, I end up paying in cash!

The rest of day was taken up with scanning photos into the computer, editing photos, walking down to Ash Trees Surgery (Halton branch) to hand in perscription and they  now put all the stoma stuff on repeat perscription so keep close eye on number bags that I have and then hand in the perscription two weeks before I run out!
