Regrouping stop at start of Thwaite Lane

After cafe stop in Clapham , the six of us headed out of the village up Thwaite Lane through the tunnels before turning on to Long Lane which followed up Clapdale, we then followed the track over Long Scar to Sulber Gate where we spend several minutes looking at the views of Sulber Nick area. We then retrace our steps about half mile back down the track, to follow the track down into Crummackdale, we stop for some lunch by the ford/footbridge over Austwick Beck.
After lunch we continue down the track into Wharfe, where we join the Austwick to Helwith Bridge Road which we followed for a short distance towards Helwith Bridge before following the track over to Feizor. In Feizor we followed Hale Lane back toward Auskwick, most of the party cross Austwick beck via the Flascoe Bridge, the only person brave enough to cross the beck via Brian. We were soon tarmac again! we follow the road a short distance back up Crummackdale before joining Thwaite Lane which we followed back to Clapham..
