The above photos of what I saw on walk, starting from my front garden and finishing in my garden. I still lucky to live in a large village in North Lancashire with some countryside on its door step, for me that about 500 metres up Beech Road. After recovering from operation in late July and being told that can't drive for six weeks and that I had inform the DLV that are using insulin pen and alot paperwork so that they can put me on medical review driving licence which I am still waiting for on 21st September. Anyway to keep blood sugar numbers down, I have start to do some exercise my going for walk and try build my fitness levels up, yes I could use one of three bikes that spare bedroom but when you owner of catheter, I will let you think about the science of that and you soon work out the tube of the catheter rubbing against the saddle would end up with embarrassing moment a few miles into the ride of some wet pants. Hopefull when blood sugars levels come down, I down for green light prostate operation to fix the water works.

Anyway getting back to this short walk, which I did with out the camera the day before and which took abit longer with the camera, I head up Arrow Lane to Arrow Barn where some views of the Forest of Bowland if turn around and look back down the lane. From Arrow Barn changes its name to Scargill Road. You can tell you into start of Autumn because the hedges had be cut on both sides of the lane if user of the lane beware of punctures unfortunately those who do the hedge cutting don't think about tiding up after them selfs for other users of the lane which quite simple by using a blower  to blow the thorns in the hedgerow. There was alot to see if look closely at the hedges on both sides of the has you can from above photos there was alot to see and look at! There a bit of climb up Scargill Road after the fishing pond on western side of lane before following the footpath across the fields back to Arrow Lane.
