Got up, did the medical stuff of changing the stoma bag and the weekly change of the flip/fow value on the catheter.
Had some breakfast watching the BBC news channel.
The rest of the morning was filling out 'Capability for Work questionaire' from Department for Work & Pensions'.
Had some lunch and then had walk down to Halton branch of Ash Trees Surgery to hand repeat perscription and course it was close but now known you can handed in at the Halton Pharmacy when the Surgery is closed.
I spent the rest of the afternoon setting up the cameras and taking photos of the plants in the garden which you can see in the above photo galleries. In the garden you can see slow change from those flower in early Spring to those flower in late Spring.
Once I put all the camera stuff away, the man from Amazon deliver ' Godox TR Series Wireless Shutter Release Kit' so got out a camera to see if it work and course it did!
Had some tea and still working out what I can eat and what I can not with stoma bag, it was case something disagree with me, I think it may be rice.
Anyway edit the photos of the afternoon photo shoot and put this webpage together.

If anytime left this evening I am going to look at my stock portfolio which will be case of looking and doing nothing until the international poker game that Mr Trump is playing, as play out and if you still putting money into the penson plan, you will get more shares than you did last month but hopefully everything will calm down in next few months.
