Got all the medical stuff done like changing the stuma bag has I would connect pump for next 46 hours after first part of the chemotherapy in the afternoon.

After some breakfast manage to get out into the garden and quite please get photo of a ladybird on Helleborus 'Pink Beauty' and it was also shame that flowers on Galanthus woronowii were going back and usually tell apart from Galanthus nivalis by the shape of the leaf which is alot darker green and bigger than common English snowdrop.

Just about finished my lunch when Duncan came to pick me up for afternoon appointment and we were soon on our way into Lancaster where he drop me off and he was off next day cycling holiday in the sun.

After a bit waiting around in the waiting room for my name was call and headed down to treatment room to get connected up to drip and spend the next few hours sitting in comfortable chair and drinking two mugs of tea and some biscuits, chatting to other patients and exchange stories about journey through cancer treatment which are all different.

The amount fluid that the drip pumps through my body had to go to toilet few time to empty contents of the leg bag it was case of taking the drip machine for walk with me to toilet.

Later on in the afternoon Fran came to sit me before taking me home and think I was last customer of the day.

My parcel from Hong Kong had arrive which was waiting for me at the back door, the contents in the parcel were Laowa 25mm F2.8 2.5-5 ultra macro lens which unpack after some dinner.

One tip with Laowa Lens if you prepare to wait a few days its usual cheaper buy them direct from them then buy elsewhere like on Amazon.

The rest of the evening was spent do various things and packing a bag for morning health appointment in Kendal.
