Snowdrop (Galanthus woronowii) flowering in the back garden
After dropping back off sleep after disconecting the night bag from leg bag at some where around 4am, I woken up by mobile phone ringing and happy voice informing me the Age-UK lady would be with me in half hour, got up did washing up from day before and soon join by Diane from Age-UK Living Well Support Service, who spent abit time making my bathroom and kitchen bug free, we agree she would come again next Wednesday the day before start chemotheray.

Then started do some work on the website but decide to check the stockbroking account and notice that Harbourvest Global Private Equity gone up fair bit which make it worth selling and reinvest in Alliance Witan plc (which well manage investment trust which most private investors have in their portfolio and worth having look at their website at this link and its good stock to pick for pound costing where you invest set amount each month into share in ISA). I planning adding to my new holding in Alliance Witan plc but took gamble with remaining cash from sale and invest it Augmentum Fintech plc which is investment trust which invests in private fintech businesess in the UK and Europe. There is 40% discount to what the company is worth if the assets were sold on the open market, which known as the NAV (Net asset value) at around 167p and the share price at around 97p. Out of the 24 investments that the company as, the top five account for half value of net assets of £300m which is worth on open market. With all investing do your own research and understand what the company is doing before putting your hand in your wallet to give some cash your stockbroker to invest and it took about good hour looking through Annual General Reports before deciding on the best option for me.

I did get phone call from one of the District Nurses checking up on me seeing that I was okay.

After finished working on keeping the stock brokering account tidy, when out into the back garden to see if anything was flowering, has you can see one of snowdrop varieties was in full bloom. Again I use the Pentax K-11 mark two body and Irix 150mm marco lens to take the photo of the snowdrop. If you looking for early flowering Snowdrop its worth looking at Galanthus elwesii ‘Snow Fox’ which put on good display in January.

After a bit of lunch, I was join by Scott and Sean from the Greenkeeping Department at Morecambe Golf Club, we spent good hour chatting before started working on this web page. Yes did not get around to watching the lastet espisode Prime Target but ended up doing a bit of work on the website and reading book on the kindle.

So it will interesting to see how tomorrow turns out!
