After breakfast, I had walk down to the High Road, to hand repeat perscription at the Halton branch of Ash Trees Surgery but it was close and same for the village shop which was closed to 1.30pm which not much use for me,  as I  had appointment in Lancaster for first part of the chemotherapy treatment. The only place that was open was the Halton Pharmacy where bought some toothpaste.

So walk home and set up the cameras and took some photos of what was flowering in the back and front gardens.

Then had a bit of lunch and then Shawn came pick me up and take me into Lancaster and drop me off at the hospital.

I was early for my appointment and usually the waiting room was quite for afternoon and call down to the treatment room a bit sooner than my appointment time.

There was no mug of tea today, as I  a bit worry about how the flipflow value on the catheter would cope with amount of  fluid being pump around my body and I was trusted to unplug and replug the drip machine and take it was a walk to the toilets about three times, not much fluid came out me during the afternoon but the rest came out during the evening at home.

A bit later in the afternoon Fran came to sit with me for last part of first part of chemotherapy treatment and then I was connected up to the pump that adminster second part of the treatment for next 46 hours. I was not last customer of day but it was nicer get home a bit sooner and glad I am not allow to drive at the moment as a bit nightmare to drive up the High Road with all the road works.

Fran came in with me to check that I was going to be okay and then head home.

Had some tea and try to watch some televison but fell a sleep for few hours in my comfortable chair but woke up wanting go for pee.

They headed off to bed.
