Got up had some breakfast watching breakfast TV, then put a web page together which I just about finish when Duncan came to pick me up for my CT scan, being a Sunday it was quick trip into Lancaster.
We were a bit early for the scan which took about ten minutes to do and were soon heading back to Halton.
I said my goodbyes to Duncan and but another page together which I publish to the website, then did the socail media links on Flicker and Facebook.
Had some lunch and took some photos of the plants in the garden.
Then did a bit of gardening and then had some tea before heading to bed early.
