On the medical front change the stoma bag and double bag the medical waste put in the grey bin.
Yes I listen to body last evening and needed several hours of sleep and was woken up with building work going on next door. So only manage take four photos after breakfast before rain came and spoil the day for outdoor photograph.

After lunch, read the kindle for bit before falling sleep for about hour.
Then wrote yesterday post, then had some tea, then edit today's and wrote this post.
Not looking forward tomorrow its busy day on the medical front with chemotherapy afternoon hopefully not many side effects in the next few days.
