On the medical front there nothing much to do today just check my temperture which was 36.4c . I did have problems trying get off to sleep in early hours of this morning and admited defeat got back up, switch the computer back on, waited for it to warm up, has I move my computer desk to otherside of living room where there only one power scocket, it does take few minutes to do this, has you meant plug computer into one power socket and other things like scanners, external hard drives and printers plug them into multi plug sockets extension lead which you plug into power socket and the hold system powers up alot faster. Once the computer was up and running I did some work on putting 2007 ride photo galleries back on the website which I had doing most Sunday before got tired enough go back to bed I got far as putting up the 10th June 2007 ride report and photos of the South Lakes Group ride to Twisleton Scar and Chapel-le-Dale. I do think the photo grid does improve presentation of the web page when you got number of photos, that I or another web master would like to show you the visitor to site, I am trying keep the information about each ride on one web page.
Once I was tired enough to get few hours sleep, I did get a text off my sister asking how slept with out pump on, I think it was to well on Saturday night when the pump came off on Saturday afternoon. I think my lack of sleep was due coming off course steroids that I given after chemotherapy.
The other medical thing that I had do was walk down the Halton branch of Ash Tree Surgey to hand in repeat perscription as run low on Apixaban tablets and would need some more Loperamide capsules before ran out Metformin tablets which only have take one tablet a day for the diabetes 2 that I have and got three month supply of them before need anymore. Once I done that walk across the village shop to pick up few things that I running low on before walking the long way back around the block to Beech Road.
My sister, did say something about keeping myself busy today, as might improve my changes of sleeping better tonight. So I got out the camera took a few photos of the action in the garden and quite please with photo of the leaves of the Houseleek and latin name for this plant is Sempervivum. I use same set up of Pentax K-1 mark 2 body and Irix 150 mm macro lens to take the photos and use two different tripods due to height of various plants that was taking photos of and also got a new toy off Mr Amazon which came this afternoon an Macro Arm Light which going have play tomorrow afternoon.
Well did say I could do some light gardening, so decide to do some tidy up and weeding tubs and pots that I have on driveway near front door which did for about hour before going in getting something to eat.
The postman decided to deliver something through the letter box and yes it was latest issue of Money Week which spent most afternoon reading, there was good article on Associated British Foods the owner Primark why would it good bet to invest in it and interesting supplement on the Emerging Markets, where to invest to try keep out of international poker game that Mr Trump is playing that sort fill up my day and after had some tea. I started to put photo post together!
